Iowan voters no longer the ethanol lovers they once were

In Iowa, some believe that voters in the all-important state for presidential elections no longer care about ethanol due to fewer working in the corn industry and more Republicans appreciative of an end to subsidies, especially for ethanol, as touted by candidate Senator Ted Cruz from Texas who is currently leading in the polls. Cruz has been adamantly against subsidies and the RFS, wishing to see fossil fuels and renewable fuels alike compete on a level playing field.
