Arc Logistics Partners buys four fuel terminals in Pennsylvania

In Pennsylvania, Arc Logistics Partners will buy four fuel terminals formerly owned by Gulf Oil in Altoona, Mechanicsburg, Dupont and South Williamsport that receive, store and deliver petroleum, distillates, ethanol and biodiesel and offer ethanol and biodiesel blending and additive injection services to customers. In total, the new acquisitions that should be finalized mid-January comprise 28 storage tanks with 816,000 barrels of shell capacity and more than 20 acres of land available for development, bringing the company’s total to 7.7 million barrels across 21 terminals, up by 21%.
