Digest Bioeconomy Index drops 2.03 percent to 47.81 as global equities wilt on oil price, China concerns

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, dropped 2.03 percent to 47.81 as global equities wilted on oil price, China concerns.  For the day, BioAMber (BIOA) dumped 27.15 percent to $4,24 after a dilutive capital raise, while DuPont (DD) shed 5.77 percebt to $54.09. Among other equities, Metabolix (MBLX) lost 12.88 percent to $1.15. Overall, declines led advances by a 8 to 1 ratio for the day.
