Abengoa Nebraska creditorss seek involuntary liquidation to pay bad debts

In Nebraska, Gavilon Grain LLC, the Farmers Cooperative Association and The Andersons Inc. have petitioned the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Nebraska to enter Abengoa Bioenergy of Nebraska into involuntary bankruptcy liquidation, Chapter 7, to recuperate the $4.07 million in unpaid grain they say they are owed. Abengoa Bioenergy of Nebraska owns ethanol plants in Ravenna and York and are part of Abengoa Bioenergy which parent company Abengoa is trying to sell in order to service debts.
