Malaysian palm oil stocks, production, exports and imports all fall in January

In Malaysia, January palm oil stocks fell more than 12% from December to 2.31 million metric tons, while crude palm oil stocks fell more than 18% to 1.30 million tons, similar to the 19% drop in CPO production at 1.13 million tons. Biodiesel exports during the month sank to just 61 tons from 10,004 tons in December while palm oil exports fell nearly 14% to 1.28 million tons. Imports of both CPO and palm oil also fell by more than half.
