T2 ethanol prices hold steady as buyers wait on the sidelines

In the Netherlands, T2 ethanol prices are holding steady due to buyers waiting on the sidelines until it the markets decide in which direction prices will go. Slightly higher oil prices have led to a slightly lower ethanol premium over gasoline but it is not enough to entice buyers during a traditionally slow period of the year. Slowly the interest in blending ethanol for economics rather than mandate is starting to increase as the premium shrinks but eyes are still on Q2.
