Digest Bioeconomy Index falls 1.46 percent to 52.82 despite advanced bio rally

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, fell back 1.46 percent to 52.82 despite an advanced bio rally. For the day, TerraVia (SZYM) dumped 12.09 percent to $2.40 on profit taking, while Gevo (GEVO) soared 37.84 percent to $0.51. Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) shed 7.95 percent to $3.01. Overall, declines led advances by a 2 to 1 ratio for the day.
