India says will buy as much ethanol as domestic industry can produce

In India, the country’s transportation minister says the government is prepared to buy as much ethanol as the industry can produce, be it from molasses or corn or other feedstocks. If they can produce it, the government will find uses for it, even beyond the recently introduced E10 policy. The sugar industry on its own can supply the E5 blend so more production must come online soon to supply the E10.
