French labor strikes hit ethanol movement and ETBE availability

In France, port worker strikes have led to overall labor strikes around the country has seen everything from rail to nuclear plants shut down, so inevitably they are impacting ETBE deliveries, with refineries running down on stocks. The strikes are also keeping truck deliveries from moving around ethanol in order to blend ETBE, with some analysts saying it may be easier to import gasoline that is already blended rather than blending themselves despite the fact the ports are a complete mess.
