First fuel terminal operator to begin selling pre-blended E15 in “game changing” move

In Illinois, fuel terminal operator HWRT Oil Company is set to begin selling pre-blended E15 at its four terminals in Illinois, Arkansas and Indiana in mid-September, making it the first company to do so. The decision is in response to more fuel retailers offering the fuel, providing demand for pre-blended E15. The company has already been selling E85 for several years. Power Energy Corp and Thorntons recently announced it would begin selling E15 in the Chicago area. The RFA has called HWRT’s move a “game changer” for E15.
