Chinese ethanol imports fall 78% in July

In China, July ethanol imports fell to by 78% on the year to 24,639 cu m, following in line with the lower imports also seen in June that were 111,651 cu m. Total exports for the year through July reached 644,221 cu m. July denatured ethanol imports were about 20% of the volume imported in June, all of which came from the US expect for four cubic meters. All but five cubic meters of the undenatured ethanol came from Pakistan.
