Mato Grosso do Sul biodiesel production lowest in two years

In Brazil, Mato Grosso do Sul produced 145,671,000 liters of biodiesel through September this year. According to data from the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), it is the lowest production volume of the last two years. It is 5.52% lower than the 154.174 million liters processed in the same time period in 2015 and is 7.42% below the 157.335 million liters of the same partial of 2014. In the country, the sum of biodiesel production from three quarters of last year reached 2,946 billion liters, while in the same period of time this year was 2.842 billion liters, which represents 3.5% less.
