Canadian inventor develops ethanol cooking stove

In Canada, an inventor for an ethanol-based cooking stove is looking for investment partners to scale up his prototype and get it to market. He has been cooking on the stove for three years and says its apt for household use or could be scaled up for industrial food processing and in restaurants, with an eye on those users keen to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions in the food industry. The prototype stills need to be safety certified and automated.
