Governors Biofuel Coalition asks for RVP change for E15

In Nebraska, the Governors Biofuel Coalition asked the Trump Administration in a letter to change the Reid vapor pressure regulations for E15 to those for E10 allowing for year-round sales of the higher blend. The letter signed by the governors of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota says the Environmental Protection Agency’s faulty rules discriminates against higher blends and criticized the agency for failing to update the greenhouse gas emissions lifecycle analyses of ethanol during the past decade.
