Indonesia to file WTO complaint against EU’s biodiesel duties by end-March

In Indonesia, the country plans to formally file a complaint against the European Union’s anti-dumping duties on Indonesia biodiesel during a meeting at the World Trade Organization headquarters at the end of March. Argentina, who suffered duties like Indonesia since 2013 and whose biodiesel industry suffered significantly as a result, has also filed cases and won some arguments against the EU in front of the WTO as well as the General Court of the European Union.
