Indonesia already filed WTO complaint against US’s biodiesel anti-dumping duties

In Indonesia, just days after the US’s National Biodiesel Board announced anti-dumping duties would be lobbed on Indonesian and Argentine biodiesel imports issued by the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, Indonesia’s trade minister said the government had already filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization. In 2016, nearly 94% of the country’s biodiesel exports went to the US following anti-dumping duties added onto their imports by the European Union.
