AB Mauri launches biotech arm in North America and internationally

In Missouri, AB Mauri launched a new business division – AB Biotek – in North America and globally. Specializing in fermentation science and yeast innovation, AB Biotek is a technology-driven division that develops specialty yeast solutions and has capabilities across a range of industries including biofuel, alcohol beverage – such as distilled spirits, wine and cider – and both animal and human nutrition. The division’s product portfolio includes biofuel, offering premium yeast coupled with technical service to help address a range of biofuel industry challenges.
