ITC to decide on Argentine and Indonesian biodiesel dumping by May 8

In Washington, the Department of Commerce said the International Trade Commission will make a decision by May 8 regarding its investigation into potential biodiesel dumping by Argentina and Indonesia. Indonesia’s trade ministry has offered data and dumping to prove the country’s industry does not dump on the American market while Argentina says the investigation is the sham and that the US must prove its claims against Argentine biodiesel imports. Argentina was the main origin for US biodiesel imports last year, followed by Indonesia and Canada.
