April 20, 2017 |

In Ohio, the City of Lima is seeking a $50,000 grant from Ohio’s Local Government Innovation Fund for Clean Fuels Ohio to undertake an assessment to determine what alternative fuels such as biodiesel or natural gas could be appropriate for the city’s fleet of buses and trucks, as well as options for county and regional vehicles. Everything from fuel availability to how drivers drive and maintenance requirements for vehicles will be analyzed to develop the roadmap for transition to alternative fuels.
