Department of Energy website changing emphasis towards bioproducts away from biofuels

In Washington, the Environmental Data and Governance Initiative that monitors federal websites says the Department of Energy website has changed its focus to job creation from while reducing climate change rhetoric. For the website of the Bioenergy Technologies Office, the focus is no longer on replacing the whole barrel of oil but instead supporting the development of bioproducts, including biofuels but focusing more on other non-fuel products while acknowledging that feedstocks and infrastructure are similar for both.
