EPA may allow year-round E15 sales

In Washington, hope is on the rise that the administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may be in favor of allowing unfettered year-round E15 sales across the country but first it must be determined if the EPA is even allowed to make the waiver of if legislation must make its way through Congress amending the Clean Air Act allowing the switch.. A tit for tat to push the waiver through involves a methane emissions ruling from the Obama era that would impact oil and gas drilling on public lands.
