Vietnam axes Phu Tho Ethanol but plans to restart Dung Quat and finish Binh Phuoc

July 13, 2017 |

In Vietnam, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has agreed to bankrupt Phu Tho Ethanol while the Dung Quat Ethanol Plant project will be restarted, then the capital will be withdrawn or transferred. Several government sponsored projects have come under scrutiny recently due to going over budget or never being commissioned.
