Boating Magazine reader survey shows more concerns about ethanol

July 19, 2017 |

In Minnesota, a reader survey done in May by Boating Magazine shows that 92% of respondents seen ethanol-induced damage impacting their businesses, up from 87% in 2016 and 73% the year prior, however results have held steady for the past three years when it comes to how many repairs are a result of ethanol. Readers seem especially concerned with the increasing popularity of E15 and the impacts it could have on boats, going so far as to say it could push people out of boats all together.
