UK biodiesel producer fears US flooding post-Brexit

In the UK, tallow biodiesel producer Argent Energy is worried that after Brexit the company will no longer be protected by European policy from an influx of biodiesel imports from the US. It’s especially worrisome with expectation that the British government will look to forge closer ties with the US in the wake of its new independence from Europe and that additional biodiesel imports from the other side of the Atlantic could be one of the bargaining chips.
