In Argentina, vessels of biodiesel are loaded and en route to Europe in anticipation of anti-dumping duties fall to 10% or below later this month. Exports are starting off slowly but a local industry association believes figures could return to similar to 2013 at 1.1 million metric tons when the anti-dumping duties were slapped on Argentine biodiesel. They say that duties should be dropped all together because they don’t subsidize nor dump the fuel on the European market.
