UAE services company installs biodiesel fueling station for its waste compactor trucks

In the UAE, Imdaad has launched a biodiesel fueling station at its facility in Jebel Ali to fuel its waste compactor trucks. Lootah Biofuels will supply the filling station. Before the installation of the storage tank and fueling station, the company underwent a fueling trial with five of its vehicles. The move is part of the company’s commitment towards sustainability in line with UAE’s Energy Strategy 2050 that seeks to achieve 50% renewable energy consumption over the next three decades.
