Brazilian hydrous ethanol sales jumped 22% during H2 October

In Brazil, hydrous ethanol sales jumped nearly 22% on the year during the second half of October to 1.5 billion liters. With anhydrous sales at 794.46 million liters, total ethanol sales were up more than 15% during the period at 2.46 billion liters. Only about 171.97 million liters of the total sales were for exports. Total production for H2 October stood at 1.57 billion liters, 921.07 million liters of which were hydrous while the remainder was anhydrous.
