RenovaBio bill presented to Congress at last

In Brazil, the president of the Parliamentary Biofuel Front in the national Congress presented the bill to create the long-awaited RenovaBio program though it’s not yet clear if it will be subjected to an emergency process pushing it through faster than usual. He said that without this policy to ensure increased investment in biofuels, the country will be damned to be an ever-larger importer of fuels. The president of the chamber of deputies is in favor of the bill and has promised to give the legislation priority.
