ANP auction sees 713.4 million liters of biodiesel sold at latest auction

In Brazil, 713.4 million liters of biodiesel was sold at the ANP’s 58^th biodiesel auction held recently, worth a total of $516.4 million at an average of 72 cents per liter. More than 97% of the 870 million liters of biodiesel offered by 35 producers held the social seal. Nearly 75% of the volume contracted was sold on the first of two days. The fuel will be used for the 8% blending mandate between January 1 and February 28, 2018.
