Senator Grassley says reinstating tax incentives top of his agenda

In Washington, Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa told Iowa Public Radio that getting the 30 expired tax incentives for renewable energy including biodiesel renewed is at the top of his agenda now that the government shutdown ended. Also at the top of his legislative agenda is sorting out the provision in the recently passed tax bill that would give agricultural coops like CHS an upper hand over non-coops like Cargill which impacts corn and ethanol directly. He says the answer could be in an entirely new bill or just a technical correction.
