UK 2016/17 RTFO shows 3% biofuels use

In the UK, biofuel consumption during the ninth year of the Renewable Fuel Transport Obligation between April 15, 2016 and April 14, 2017 reached 3% at 1.541 million liters, all but 1 million liters of which complied with sustainability criteria while more than 66% counted for double-counting. Of the total, 49% was ethanol, 47% was biodiesel and 4% was methanol, while biomethane, offroad biodiesel and HVO made up the remainder with just 3 million liters each or less.
