Senator Grassley tweets about possible year-round E15 solution

In Washington, Reuters reports that after what seemed to be three failed meetings hosted by the White House last week to break the impasse over the Renewable Fuel Standard between oil and corn states, Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley took to President Trump’s favorite medium—Twitter—to announce a potential way forward could be found through year-round approval of E15. Several attempts to break the deadlock on summer use of E15 has seen several stops and starts in the past year and remains at the top of the ethanol industry’s political agenda.
