Indian OMCs willing to pay more for biofuels thanks to government backing

In India, the petroleum minister said that oil marketing companies are willing to pay a premium for biofuels fuels and that the government is willing to help covering the difference in price. Additionally, it will set up a loan program for entrepreneurs to invest in biofuels production facility with up to $154,200 each available. The long awaited biofuels policy is yet to be announced but could come at any moment following the finalization of details.
