Brazil’s president-elect wants strong comeback for ethanol industry

In Brazil, Reuters reports that the country’s president-elect says he would like to work with the ethanol industry to bring it back to global dominance, overtaking the US who has surpassed the Brazil’s production in recent years. Despite earlier concerns that he would back out of the Paris climate treaty and along with it support for RenovaBio, some days before the election run-off he made an about turn and said Brazil would remain in the treaty afterall.
