Ethanol stocks bounce back as production rises again

In Washington, DTN reports that Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol production not only rose last week but that stocks are more than 3% higher than they were this time last year as stocks continue to rise to 23.3 billion barrels. Although the Midwest region saw a drawdown of nearly half a million barrels last week, the West Coast saw a big jump of 10% against a year ago although they were flat on the week. Gulf Coast and East Coast regions also saw stocks increase.
