May 15, 2019 |

In Kenya, local press reports that customs authorities have nabbed nearly 60,000 liters of illegally-imported ethanol originating from the UAE that was identified as spaghetti—and even surrounded by more than 10,000 packets of spaghetti to hide it—in an effort to avoid paying taxes.
