Trump may visit Iowa ethanol plant to launch year-round E15

In Iowa, Bloomberg reports that a visit by President Trump to an ethanol plant in the state over the next couple of weeks is a likely indication that year-round E15 will indeed be ready for the start of the summer driving season, with both Iowa senators and the governor invited to attend the event. To compensate for the trade war with China, the Trump Administration is looking at possibly paying farmers 4 cents per bushel compared to 1 cent paid out last year.
