EPA seen unveiling watered-down version of RIN market reform

May 27, 2019 |

President Trump had asked the agency to have reforms in place by June 1 when year-round ethanol blending was also meant to kick off. He is expected to visit an ethanol plant shortly where the announcement is likely to be made.
