In the Philippines, Reuters reports that the government has cut its quarterly ethanol quota by just over 2.5% for Q4 compared to Q3 at 88,800 cu m, which breaks down to 27,100 cu m for October, 31,000 cu m for November and 30,700 cu m for December in response to expected availability of domestic ethanol supplies. That said, total quota allocation for 2019 is higher on the year at 370,550 cu m compared to 367,686 cu m last year.
