South African entrepreneurs making fuels from waste plastic

In South Africa, the Lowvelder reports that using rudimentary techniques on a very small scale, some ingenious local entrepreneurs are producing gasoline, diesel and usably byproducts for candles and floor wax from waste plastic collected around the area. From the waste plastic collected in 250 corn bags, he can produce 5 liters of fuel. He is currently working to get his process and the fuel certified so that he can grow production to a more viable scale.
