Bo-Ho factor rises to six month high on rising crude oil stocks

In Washington, Platts reports that the Bo-Ho factor that tracks the relationship between soybean oil and heating oil that indicates the profitability of higher biodiesel blending rose to its highest level in six months at 30.75 cents/gal as crude oil prices slid on the back of growing stocks in the US and from the ongoing trade war with China. Analysts surveyed by Platts were expecting a 3.8 million barrel draw rather than a 2.39 million-barrel build.
