Much More than Kool-Aid and Warren Buffet: The Digest’s 2019 Multi-Slide Guide to BioNebraska

August 18, 2019 |

Nebraska is home to the invention of Kool-Aid, home to billionaire Warren Buffet, and home to the first Arbor Day, but the state’s innovations go beyond that. It’s also home to production facilities for Novartis, Zoetis, Celerion, Merck Animal Health, and Novozymes. Phil Kozera, Executive Director at Bio Nebraska Life Sciences Association gave this illuminating overview of why Nebraska, as the nation’s second largest ethanol producer and third largest corn producer, is a perfect location for new feed and green chemicals industries, shared case studies like ADM’s Prairie Catalytic project, and more at ABLC 2019 in Washington, D.C
