In New York, Raymond James issued an  in depth analysis of the the energy and climate/environmental policy proposals of the leading Democratic candidates. The focus is on the three candidates who are consistently leading the national and early-state primary polls: former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Bernie Sanders, and Sen.
