BCB International scores another four-year contract to supply FireDragon to UK military

In the UK, Army Technology reports that after a first successful contract supplying the UK Armed Forces with its FireDragon portable ethanol-based cooking fuel kit, BCB International has won another four-year contract from the Ministry of Defence to supply an unknown number of kits. The company’s first contract in 2015 has led to more than 2 million kits being supplied, replacing toxic hexamine fuel, so the new contract would potentially supply as many as that again. Other European militaries are said to also being evaluating a potential switch to FireDragon.
