IRS looking for public comments on biofuel producer credit

In Washington, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on information collections during 60 days, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 concerning Biofuel Producer Credit. Form 6478 is used to figure your section 40 biofuel producer credit. You claim the credit for the tax year in which the sale or use occurs. This credit consists of the second-generation biofuel producer credit.
