October 31, 2019 |

In Washington, DTN reports that Energy Information Administration data shows ethanol stocks have fallen to a two-year low, with stocks falling in each of the PADD regions except for the Midwest where the majority of ethanol is produced. The Gulf Coast region where most exports originate from saw the biggest draw of 138,000 barrels from the week before. Ethanol production has been ramping up, reaching a seven-week high last week at 1.004 million bpd, but even so stocks fell for the second week in a row.
