Brazil to implement B12 by March

In Brazil, Reuters reports the country is boosting its biodiesel blend again to 12% in March, having just raised it to 11% in September. The country has its eyes on 15% by 2023 but is also discussing higher targets. Already tests are underway on the impacts of 20% and 30% biodiesel, similar to what Asian countries are implementing already. B15 will require 9.7 billion liters compared to 6.69 billion liter this year. With new plants that under construction, total production capacity will be around 12.6 billion liters.
