Aemetis buys partially-finished Goodland Advanced Fuels ethanol plant for $10

In Kansas, Aemetis said in an 8-K SEC filing that is has exercised a 2017 option to buy Goodland Advanced Fuels, a partially completed ethanol plant in Goodland, Kansas, for 10 cents per share, bringing the total sales price for the facility to just $10. Aemetis already had controlling power over the company before buying the shares. In an earlier filing, the company said that it planned to install cellulosic ethanol technology at the Goodland facility if it decided to exercise the option.
