EV and biofuels industries come together to propose fuel-agnostic Midwest LCFS

In Minnesota, the Associated Press reports that electric vehicles groups, biofuels supporters, agriculture associations and others are coming together to promote a low-carbon fuel standard for the Midwest, an initiative led by the Great Plains Institute, as they seek to move beyond disagreements and find a policy neutral solution to decarbonizing the region’s transportation. Policy proposals from the group seek a fuel-agnostic approach in order to avoid antagonism between groups and work together to fight against fossil fuels.
