Avantium shareholders adopt all resolutions at Annual General Meeting 2020

In the Netherlands, Avantium N.V, a tech company in renewable chemistry, said that at their Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Avantium’s shareholders approved all resolutions which includes the adoption of the company’s 2019 financial statements, the appointment of Bart Welten to the Management Board and the appointment of Michelle Jou to the Supervisory Board.
The AGM took place on Thursday 14 May 2020 and was held fully virtually in view of Covid-19 measures and in line with the “Emergency Act”. The shareholders voted with 65.71% of the total number of shares outstanding on record date.
